Zorin
This was actually First Texas Hospital originally, which they broke ground on sometime around 2015-ish? What's especially comical is that I remember around 2010 or 2011, this was all woods. What makes it comical is that it's at the intersection of Louetta and Vintage Preserve Parkway. Not much vintage nor preserve left 'round them parts, hahahaha!
