Highrise Tower Posted May 4 Share Posted May 4 In 1910, J.O. Ross built The Rossian Apartments located at 913-919 Fannin Street. Sanguinet & Staats designed the building. I've always thought this (now demolished) building resembled the Rice Hotel, with the tall 3-wings. Similar, but not the same.
