It sits on approximately 0.37 acres on the corner of Wagner St. A 4,545-square-foot two-story brick building is located on the property. According to records on the Harris Central Appraisal District website, the building was constructed in 2005. Then in 2013, another building was built next to the existing one. There is no opening date provided for the forthcoming Washington Corridor outpost.
