Baltimore's Atlas Restaurant Group has zero involvement with what's planned for 729 W 19th St. Atlas is a cocktail bar in Dallas. Their concept is similar to Houston's Traveler's Table, but with cocktails. Small plated dishes are also on the menu. Based on the architectural barriers project filing you posted above, it appears Atlas will occupy the first and second level. Each level is 2,000 sf. so, it's leasing the entire building. A description of the bar from their website: Atlas is a cocktail bar that transports guests to all corners of the world through specialty drinks that pay homage to different cultures and celebrate diversity. With its Edgar Allan Poe-inspired interiors and sophisticated, low-light decor, Atlas is a refined space where cocktails, design, and culture collide. https://atlasbishoparts.com/ https://www.instagram.com/atlasbishoparts/ Edited April 8 by IntheKnowHouston

While it does list the bar will be located in The Heights, it omits the address. I included a screenshot of the website below. Atlas is a cocktail bar from Dallas. Chron.com published an article yesterday on Atlas. The cocktail bar is slated to open next year at 729 W 19th St. Unfortunately, the article doesn't provide further details beyond what's been posted here. The reporter was unable to get a comment from the bar's owners. https://www.chron.com/food/article/dallas-cocktail-bar-expands-houston-19405783.php Edited April 17 by IntheKnowHouston
