mrfootball
http://vintagetownshiplubbock.com/ Vintage Township in Lubbock, Texas will be a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), designed according to New Urbanist principles, where residents will experience a special place to live, work, and play. By combining traditional architectural character with residential, commercial and open space, Vintage Township will be a truly desirable destination for West Texas Master Plan Vintage Township

jgs1419
I saw an advertisement for the development in my recent Alumni magazine. I think I saw that the development is at 114th and Slide. That was no man's land when I was in school (grad 1989) but it has been a huge growth area over the last several years. My brother-in-law lives in a new home out there. The architects are from Lafayette, La. Think they are having a hard time developing a project program?!
