isuredid
That building, Duke of Hollywood/Warren's Inn, is usually known as the Fox-Kuhlman Building and was built sometime between 1862-1866. How many remember the old Warren's Inn? It was on Milam next to the Cellar. The building was supposedly the second oldest building in Houston when it was torn down, which was a real heartbreaker for those who knew the place. I was drawing a blank on the name and have yet to find my files. As far as the original Warren's, I think we can all agree that the Market Square Garage is a much better use of that property than some smelly old historic building!!
