hindesky Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 Silver Star Properties, a Houston real estate investment trust, is in the process of selling the 106,000-square-foot Garden Oaks Shopping Center at Shepherd and Garden Oaks Boulevard that also is home to Planet Fitness and Dollar Tree, a JLL spokesperson said. A closing date on the property, which hit the market in April 2023, hasn't been established.
