ChannelTwoNews Posted December 8, 2023 Share Posted December 8, 2023 Tannos developing 106-acre mixed-use district in Friendswood - Houston Business Journal (bizjournals.com) Tannos & Wolfrgramm Capital to develop 106 acres at FM 528 at Blackhawk Blvd. Blackhawk will be extended from 528 to connect w/ Bay Area Blvd. -54 acres will be a mix of office & retail with a boutique hotel brand and convention space.
