It would be practically impossible, with the limited space at our disposal, for us to accord anything like real justice to the wonderful results of the treatment for inebriety, identified with the name of Dr. Leslie E. Keeley, of Dwight, Ill. The frame of this system is now spread over every part the of North American continent, and has penetrated into Europe and other divisions of the old world. Our object however is alluding to the subject in this volume is simply to inform our readers that a branch institute exists in this city, and has its doors wide open to all who desire to become free of the chains and shackles of intemperance.
