The property is situated next to 2100 Binz St. Across the street is DaVita, a dialysis facility at 5610 Almeda Rd. The Circle at Hermann Park is a block over at 3 Hermann Museum Cir Dr. Also, The Parador at 2021 Binz St is a block over. On the 5613 Almeda Rd parcel are two building structures. One is an 2,444-square-foot one-story building. It's occupied by J K's Barber Shop. The other is an 1,600-square-foot commercial building. IntheKnowHouston Posted October 23, 2023 Author Share Posted October 23, 2023 (edited) 5613 Almeda Rd was recently sold. Located on the property is J K's Barber Shop and Glamours Style Station. According to documents entered into the county clerk's database last week, an entity named 5613 Almeda Rd, LLC acquired the property. Two Cushman & Wakefield associates are connected to the entity.
