Life Time Work will occupy the fourth floor, or 30K SF, of the four-story development at 9000 Six Pines Drive in Shenandoah. The location will also include a 23K SF outdoor pool deck, seven studios for barre, cycle, yoga and group fitness, and five pickleball courts, the company announced. Once known for its chain of gyms, Life Time introduced its coworking concept in 2017. That is also when the company dropped “fitness” from its name.
