The address of the proposed plat for Lofts on West Twelfth is 3511 W 12th St. It's on the corner of Seamist Dr. Located in the Timbergrove area, the warehouse on the property previously housed SFI-Gray Steel Inc. I don't when it was listed for lease, but one listing from Loopnet shows a creation date of September 2022. The listing was last updated last week, March 14, 2023. hindesky Posted April 30, 2023 Author Share Posted April 30, 2023 As I said before most of the old warehouses and light industrial are for sale along 11th St. and 12th St. This is Lofts on West Twelfth. I wonder if it will be townhomes, condos or apartments? All these warehouses on Wynnwood Ln. all seem to be in use but I could see developers approaching them all so they can build housing in all of them in about 10 yrs or so.
