If the tracts were sold, it's not visible in the county database yet. 2616 N Shepherd Dr and 2620 N Shepherd Dr appear in leasing materials for another property. According to the date on the brochure, the materials were uploaded March 29, 2023. Both tracts are shown as one of two available retail pads in a leasing brochure for nearby Heights 26th. Heights 26th is the proposed mixed-use development includes ground floor and second floor retail, plus residences on the upper levels (there is a topic about the development here).
