One of their concrete ready-mix plants is located at 1550 Holmes Road. I believe the Williams Brothers Construction property on Holmes is hindering the Kirby Drive extension to West Airport Blvd. I wonder how long this industrial construction prepping property can last? I'm sure Harris County and TxDOT would love to extend Kirby Drive as the population in the area keeps growing. I give it 10 years! I believe TxDOT awards WBC for almost nearly all Houston freeway projects.
