Named Timberline, the retail project doesn't have a listed opening timeline. Additional details on Timberline from Ancorian's website: Timberline is a planned redevelopment of 8600 Hempstead Rd on the edge of Timbergrove Heights. The project will be an adaptive reuse of a ~50,000 SF building on just under 2-acres of land. The project will provide retail and entertainment amenities to a retail starved neighborhood that has seen rapid real estate appreciation over the past 10 years. The building on the property is being redeveloped for retail. According to the marketing brochure, the development's name will be Lazy Grove. Timberline was the previous name of the development.
