IntheKnowHouston
I would not consider this in the University of Houston area. It's part of the Gulfgate Riverview / Pine Valley neighborhood. And the Harris County Appraisal District lists this area as Inner Loop southeast Houston. However, there is a topic in this sub-forum for the Orange Show. Since it is near this property, I assume this topic belongs here. 2306 Canada Dry St consists of a 12,283 sf parcel near Vaughn St. It's also near Spur 5 S. A 11,760 sf warehouse structure is on the property. Texasota
Nice! It's easy to imagine a conversion of that building into any number of arts-related uses.
mattyt36
Another great street name--I can only assume they had a warehouse on this street at one point?

It is. I wonder if this property will be art-related in some way? I look forward to learning more about the owner's plans, if there are any. The warehouses in that area are in close proximity to the Orange Show. As you mentioned, it's not hard to see this warehouse and others nearby repurposed. Possibly something similar to the studios in Sawyer Yards and EaDo.
