The apartments are located off of South Main (Highway 90). You turn onto Willowbend Blvd and then onto Greenwillow Street. The apartment complex is located is called Willow Gardens Apartments and is located at 10841 Greenwillow Street. Does anyone have experience with this place? How are the neighbors? How is the traffic getting onto Highway 90? Does the rent increase annually or is it steady? Is it generally a clean place to live? They look like they were built in the 1960s. I wonder if they will be demolished anytime soon? Garden-Style apartments are known to be cheaper. Now days, everyone builds 4 to 6 story apartments.
