One of the more recent additions is Jersey Mike's. Yesterday on Instagram, Wellspring Commercial Real Estate announced the submarine sandwich chain is leasing a unit at Oak Forest Shopping Center. Jersey Mike's will be located at 1358 W 43rd St, next to H&R Block. I think the space was home to Charles Donut Shop.
