DJ V Lawrence
A very ambitious plan. Looks like that Parking Garage under the new proposed park in Downtown might come in handy! chron.com I'm very interested to see how much progress they make the first two years, and how this project ends up a decade from now. GREAT ambition. God's speed, Houston
Subdude
I'm not sure the way to attact industries such as "aerospace, alternative energy, biotechnology, education, health care, information technology, nanotechnology and petrochemicals" is by a marketing campaign. Because of our existing base, petrochemicals and health care may be more successful, but the city doesn't have a strong base in areas such as information technology, nanotechnology, or aerospace that would be critical in drawing new businesses.
