When will this area be cleaned up and redeveloped? Really all of Richmond is at a standstill until Metro kicks off construction of the BRT line. I've seen some new development along this route but it's really just a matter of basic maintenance by the city or TIRZ, whichever comes first. The medians need trimming and new plants.
