If the retail there is successful by finding some patrons in the local neighborhood, I can definitely see this becoming a "thing" with some of the other future medical spaces in midtown (of which I've seen quite a bit of proposals). I know the doc group in this instance, they could put this thing next to the Midtown McDonalds and they'll be successful 😂 so im not worried about that.
