Taniya Wright leaves NBC 2 KPRC-TV Houston: Is there a revolving door at the station ?

Just found out NBC 2 Weekday Morning Anchor Taniya Wright is no longer with the station after just 9 months (she joined in August of 2019). According to multiple sources, no other information is available yet. 

 

Wright anchored the weekday morning & midday newscasts until today. No information about her future plans were available or disclosed. I should note Wright was on today's morning newscast earlier today, but not in the midday newscast for some reason. 

 

Thoughts on Wright's departure from NBC 2 & the revolving door at the station ?

This appears to be typical broadcasting job security on both sides of the fence.

The employee is always looking, the employer always looking for the next best job or person. Job security is not paramount. This is the way the broadcasting  employment operates.

Are you referring to Anavid Reyes ? I don't see her leaving NBC 2 anytime soon.
