The plan pertains to an off-site parking lot at 301 W 20th St. It was submitted by Talon Engineering. The project passed the Office of the City Engineer's preliminary review. It also passed a review from the parks department. However, the plans have not been approved for permitting yet. Below is a map posted in March. As for the the lot behind The Rice Box ( 300 W 20th St ), the address is 1915 Rutland St. As noted, it will be one of the off-site parking lots for The Daphne Hotel. I think this is the 0 W 20th parcel and the 305 W 20th St parcel (where 301 W 20th St is located).
