Yes, the former Wok Bo building was originally a Chi Chi. I ate there many times.

Yup Richmond at Chimney Rock is now a Starbucks, which moved from across the street. Starbucks even installed a very nice looking lit intersection/street sign on the corner.

I bartended at both the Richmond Chi Chi's and Westheimer Chi Chi's back in the early 80's. I remember when they were building Pappasito's 1 at Hillcroft (location used to be a topless bar called the Toom Tari but it burned down) I told someone one night after our shift who would be crazy enough to build a Mexican restaurant next to Chi Chi's!  Later in the 80's I worked at 4 different Sito's...opened Dallas and San Antonio..worked at Webster and I-10.
