Looks like the 1st building is fully leased. Avitat midrise Major Renovations: 23 Blocks of Historical Downtown to be renovated. Streets will be redone to stone, wider side walks, electrical cables to go underground, 4 parks to be renovated, along with several other building getting facelifts including the major one being the huge church.
