The Grand Parkway Marketplace will be north of Spring Stuebner with frontage along the Grand Parkway and Kuykendahl. Spring Crossings will be south of Spring Stuebner with frontage along Kuykendahl. HEB perhaps??? I believe they were the ones who filed the plat for the parcel south of Spring Stuebner not too long ago.
