According to Mike McGuff of mikemcguff.com, Barguiarena has been working with the ABC O&O station since 2013. Since her husband, former KHOU-TV CBS 11 news director Keith Connors, got a job earlier this year at WTNH in New Haven, CT, it was quite obvious Barguiarena's days in Houston were pretty much over. Before returning to Houston, she had worked as a media relations expert for Angie's List. She also worked with KHOU-TV CBS 11 in the mid-to-late 2000s including Telemundo Houston KTMD for 5 years.
