samagon Posted June 26, 2015 Share Posted June 26, 2015 considering we were in the NL central with them it could have been a good rivalry back in the day, if we had mounted any kind of competition against them. Now though, it's like the 'rivalry' between the Texans and Cowboys. they play so infrequently, how's that a rivalry? the only way they can have a real rivalry like that now would be like the lakers/celtics. they've met 12 times in the nba finals. maybe if the meet in the world series 3 or 4 times, then we'd have a rivalry on our hands, but not really until then.
