Crescent Well Positioned For More Downtown Growth

Google maps doesn't help out a whole lot (pins located on the street), but below are different blocks Crescent owns according to HCAD. The one with three pins is 6 Houston.

I'm sure none of these will be developed soon, but hopefully at least one is in five to ten years.

Has crescent ever considered a residential component to the Houston Center? What else might they build besides another unlikely office tower?

How about another hotel since they no longer own the four seasons? Or do you think they got out of the hotel biz for a reason..?

Crescent doesn't own the block east of Four Seasons? Someone said they had a proposal for that block within the last decade or so.
