Parrothead
It would be nice to see a section for the northeast side of town, Kingwood and the 1960 area. Just a suggestion!
editor
We used to have a section for that area, but it didn't get very many posts. It was removed in a larger consolidation a few months ago. Perhaps if there are a lot of messages about it, we can give it its own section again.

Guest danax
Yep.Barely a bite on the Fall Creek vs. Kingwood vs. Summerwood thread. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hardly ever a thing from Katy, Sugarland, Pearland, Woodlands, (none needed, Bach keeps us well informed) Clear Lake, Cypress, Tomball................ While the burbs are no one's idea of exciting, I think it's also due a lot to our lack of membership in those areas. I know, we have a few, but there seem to be lots of loopers here. Hmmm, guess there's no time for fun once the commute is done
wordgirl
Yep.Barely a bite on the Fall Creek vs. Kingwood vs. Summerwood thread.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Yeah, I would have liked to see more people talk about the benefits/detriments of living in Kingwood or Summerwood. Plus there's so much that will be built in that area in terms of commercial development. I keep waiting for someone to tell me that the Deerbrook Mall is going to be renovated. Now that would be something! That mall...not so good. At least compared to Memorial City, where we are used to going.
