lockmat
A small project, but will add to the street scene and feel of Washing Ave. It's on the planning commission agenda. http://elementarchitects.com/Ea_Site_2013/Tyler_Flood_Office_Building.html#0 http://elementarchitects.com/Ea_Site_2013/Tyler_Flood_Office_Building_files/Media/13024-1/13024-1.jpg?disposition=download http://elementarchitects.com/Ea_Site_2013/Tyler_Flood_Office_Building_files/Media/13024-2/13024-2.jpg?disposition=download http://elementarchitects.com/Ea_Site_2013/Tyler_Flood_Office_Building_files/Media/130816-Perspectives-Blue/130816-Perspectives-Blue.jpg?disposition=download
Triton
Awesome. Right next to Liberty Station. It's difficult to tell but the lot is actually a trapezium so it's pretty interesting how they're going to take advantage of this thin strip of land. It looks like parking in the rendering, unless you're referring to a different portion of land.

I mean for such a small plot of land, it's just interesting how they're able to put an office tower on it. Last time I parked on that lot, it actually had a variance sign for a bar of some type. I could see a bar, I didn't imagine an office tower even if it is small.
