I really like the Astoria, the Skanska building downtown, the Hines condo tower downtown and the 42 story Museum Tower also. If I had a "top five," they would be: 1a) 2929 Weslayan1b) International Tower3) Astoria condo4) Hines Tower downtown5) Levy Park development Good times here in town. Marcus Allen Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 I am getting over my obsession towards supertalls built in DT, well sort of. Anyway, am getting jazzed about the 30 to 50 storyed proposals for great infill. So, I have scaled down my hopes for a 90 storey to a 60 storey something in DT or a 750ft plus. But I think we are departing from the boxy high rises in DT or at least I hope so. That was my biggest gripe until you all showed me the new proposals. I am hopeful.
