This complex was one of the worst in the Heights. The investors on this project did some nice work gutting it and renovating. Rents are 1000-1200ish for 1-2 beds and they claim to be fully leased. Unless the multifamily building boom radically exceeds demand inside the loop and rental prices collapse, there will be plenty of people looking for this price point in the Heights.
