editor
The Chronicle has the scoop on a new master-planned community on the Vaughn Tract in Montgomery County -- Think I-45 North Freeway at Grand Parkway. It ultimately will contain 1,350 luxury homes. Development is expected to begin in 2014.The developer is Toll Brothers, a pretty large national builder. It bills itself as a "luxury" homebuilder, but then they all do. boounce
692 acres. Wow.. that's big. I assume that's the land just north of Riley Fuzzel, across from Spring Trails, and adjacent to Spring Creek Greenway. This could be nice. Heard some unsubstantiated rumors about this land though. bachanon
"master planned" 692 acres of new homes? i guess anything with infrastructure is called "master planned" these days. looks like another cookie cutter subdivision and just a stone's throw from old town spring crack houses. exciting............. fatesdisastr
I'm not really sure that this belongs in the "Going up" topic. Maybe if there was a "Sprawling out" topic, but subdivisions don't meet the topic headline in my opinion.
