ChannelTwoNews Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Airia Development to build Colton community near Todd Mission - Houston Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "Colton will be a 5,700-acre community around the intersection of a tolled segment of state Highway 249 called the Aggie Expressway and FM 1486 outside Todd Mission in Montgomery County, with small parts on its western side touching Grimes and Waller counties.
