bobruss
There is a fairly substantial steel structure going up on this site. It takes up the whole block. I just haven't seen this much steel on a project in a while. It's being built by Paradigm builders. It might be related to the church on the block just north of it. "The $36.1 million improvements include a new adult education facility, a new middle school and interior renovations to the department's existing Ronald W. Reagan Administration Building, according to the April 27 news release from Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., the program manager for the projects." https://communityimpact.com/houston/heights-river-oaks-montrose/development/2021/05/11/harris-county-department-of-education-to-build-new-facilities-renovate-administration-building/
