Going south you have a bunch of land North of that specialty hospital. Then you have land next to the Hilton and Residence in. Other than that, it puts them next to their Waterway location. Seems strange to put it next to their old location. Are the other areas really dense enough? Hope they don't take the tree line if they put it North of Lake Woodlands.
