Nate99
Seems nearly every street now has construction with lanes closed and trenches being dug in the pavement. Is this part of some larger infrastructure rebuild, or are a hundred different utility projects just hitting all at once? The streets are going from really nice to total crap in the process. Nate99
Maybe it is all light rail related, just seemed more widespread. Other building construction has lanes closed as well making it probably seem worse.
skwatra
Downtown Streets shows some of the construction and the LRT utility work. Lanes are closed on St Joseph parkway and a couple of other places too. I think those are unrelated.
Stephen
Water lines are breaking all over town due to the ground shifting from the drought. They are being fixed as needed; this is most likely what you are encountering.edit: this is just an educated guess and my opinion.
