77007
Noticed a sign from David Weekley on the property directly across from the West End Park. Will be looking forward to seeing how this development progresses. With the park improving and this new development, it should help the surrounding area(s) continue to improve. So far the main builder in the area has been Parra Builders. The David Weekly's townhouses are priced in the high 200 range. This should work out well, as at present new townhouses by Parra are in the mid to high 300's, and the houses by Cornerstone Builder are in the low to mid 400's. Guess the Quiet Zone has enabled builders to make a case to develop this area North of the railway tracks in a bigger way. Here are more details on the David Weekly development. If anyone has more details on the floor plans, etc., will be looking forward to having a look at them.
