JamesL
Before anyone goes into a typical "METRO is wasteful!" rant, know that these buses were decorated on employees' own time in conjunction with a charity event.http://blogs.ridemetro.org/blogs/write_on/archive/2010/12/13/METRO-Blue-Santa-a-Hit-with-Hospitalized-Kids.aspx

Lotus
A swell idea. I've been riding the bus recently as the car is undergoing arthroscopic surgery (a full recovery is expected)but have yet to go on a sleigh ride. I think anything that uplifts the interior of one of these vehicles is a good thing as bouncing along with strangers (some of whom are strange, not to mention loud (black people when in groups, for example), and sometimes people with diseases can lead to a downish state if one is not on their toes. Overall it's been a fun experience, however, and the service has been semi-excellent. Edited December 18, 2010 by Lotus
