That seems like a pricey entrance way.Also, now the are clearing land on the north side of 1093 and katy gaston. To the east of katy gaston. According to the developer, the buildings will be three stories high, with 60% of them one-bedroom units, the rest 2 or 3 bedroom units. There will be a pool, clubhouse, movie room, and gym included in the amenities. Rental cost is anticipated to be between $1,100 and $1,500 per month. bfly501 Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 (edited) Yes, if you are referring to the south side of FM 1093, then this is a new - $11 million dollar entrance to the Lakes of Bella Terra neighborhood. To the north side, between Katy-Gaston and Gaston, will be a new apartment complex just on the southern border of Seven Meadows.
