More shameless stealing from Shasta The Gables Upper Kirby project has topped out. Midrise with 144 rental units. Near intersection of Kirby and West Alabama on Revere Street. Sorry for the small rendering... Gables has also announced they will be building a 7 floor mixed use project for the old River Oaks Tennis Center just off of Kirby. The nice thing about the location is that there are tons of stuff to do within walking distance.All your essential services are walkable.The other location on the River Oaks Tennis Courts would be similar but minus the grocery store nearby.
