Proposed Mixed-Use: Cinco Ranch At Spring Green

I am new-ish to the area - I moved to Pine Mill Ranch in October 2009. I have noticed the signs up for a Mixed Use Retail area right at the corner of Spring Green and Cinco Ranch Blvd for a while now. Well, there has recently been activity there and they are clearing the ground and creating a driveway maybe.

Any idea what might be going in there?

thanks.... not to sound lazy or too confused, but this page is a bit tough to read. i guess i was hoping for a list of places going into that specific land. if i cannot get around this site, i might just wait and see. but thank you anyway.

Tenants aren't listed, but a bank is shown on the site plan.
