kjb434 Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 This shows one of the reason large Texas cities are a success. Businesses are able to operate without crazy tight restrictions. This in turns creates more jobs making our successful economy possible.Living in Houston during the recent so called economic slump for the country made me a little confused. At no point this city seemed to show characteristics of a downturn that would overall negatively affect the city. This is a good sign to show we can whether tougher economic times.
