cottonmather0 Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 We have to be out of our current home by July 9th and our new home in Sugar Land won't be ready until the end of July, so our stuff needs to be stored for a couple of weeks. I've rented a POD before when we were remodeling and I was very pleased with the service, I just don't feel like loading my house all by myself this time. Anybody have a recommendation for hiring a crew to pack our house and load and then unload a couple of PODS? I guess we need movers to do everything but actually move us. I've done a few Google searches and found a couple of companies that offer these services, but I'd rather get a referral first if I can. Thanks. Ross Posted June 21, 2009 Share Posted June 21, 2009 I'll second the 3 men movers recommendation. We've used them 4 or 5 times. They shoed up on time, and took care of our stuff. They also managed to get some things down some stairs I didn't think possible. It has been about 5 years since we used them, so we don't have recent experience.
