How does the internalization of dominant Ideologies such as a belief in individual freedom, the modern version of the protestant work ethic (the wealth ethic) , meritocracy and denial of racism all serve to work against black individual and black communities? Sounds like somebody might be workin' on a college thesis question here. If not, I would be interested in knowing why you think this particular forum would be amenable to this line of questioning in the first place?
