No indictment for judge who claims deputies are harassing her

District Attorney's Statement Regarding April Walker

(This is in reference to the July 2, 2008 incident that began in the 3500 block of Braewin)

Statement by the District Attorney's Office: On Thursday (Oct. 9), after hearing testimony from multiple witnesses and reviewing the applicable law in this case, a county grand jury chose not to indict April Jill Walker for the felony offense of evading arrest. After evaluating the evidence, the grand jury declined to indict this defendant on any charge.

really not sure what story this is in relation to, but IMO the easiest thing to do when you feel someone is harrassing you and others, especially law enforcement do not believe it is true, is to just further bait the person harrassing you into a situation where you can blow their brains out and get it over with

because really in these days and times law enforcement is powerless to stop most forms of harrassment until it has actually harmed the person being harrassed and then it is basically too late.....make a few reports and get it on record then prepare yourself and bait that person into your home or office or where ever else and blow them away.....problem solved for everyone.....especially the person being harrassed

Umm...the judge claimed harrassment by the Sheriff's office. So, you are recommending baiting police officers into your home, then blowing their brains out?
