Hubcap Grill is owned by one of the family members that runs Craiganale's Italian Deli down the street. Hubcap uses only fresh foods, nothing is ever frozen. I work up the street from this place, and I eat here 2 or 3 times a week. I am very picky about my burgers becuase we have a few good ones in Houston (Pete's Fine Meats, Sam's Deli Diner, Christian's Tailgate, Houston's, etc), but Hubcap easily ranks among the best. In fact, I think I'll go there for lunch today, hehe... Seriously - excellent food.
