stephanie
I wonder if you could help resolve a dispute between my husband and myself.I say part of the coliseum wall is still standing. He thinks I am crazy. I have showed him that even the billboard is still standing but he believes that wall was recently built. It could be part of the parking garge. Who Knows!Exact place I am speaking of is on the right side of Prairie St. (between The Hobby Center & Downtown Aquarium)WHO IS CORRECT????????Please Help. Subdude
I'm a little ocnfused. Prairie is a couple blocks up from the Hobby Center, and the Colliseum was where the Hobby Center is now.
WestGrayGuy
If I recall correctly, the entire site was leveled for the Hobby Center.

I went to take a photo of what I was talking about, but on my was I asked an HPD horse patrol officer. He said the wall and sign I was in referance to belonged to the OLD Convention Center.
