The convoluted city limits of Pasadena take in the Bayport Terminal and El Jardin subdivision along Galveston Bay. And a cruise terminal to rival Galveston's is being developed right now.Nobody really thinks of that as being Pasadena, but they aren't going to give up a chance to reap good PR.
